Sue Archer is a highly accomplished consultant, specialising in complex education projects, tackling some of the most difficult schemes and challenging trusts.
An expert in delivering education capital projects, Sue can also help with management of the school estate and procurement of capital works.
Sue has worked with local authorities, multi academy trusts and the Department for Education to deliver a wide range of projects. The past ten years have been focussed largely on the flagship free school programme completing over 40 schools.

Sue Archer, made history in 2017 as Project Director, of Kensington Aldridge Academy, the fastest school ever built.
On 18 September, barely 13 weeks after the school was closed by the devastating fire at Grenfell Tower, the new Kensington Aldridge Academy, known as KAA2, opened its doors to students. The temporary school for 960 pupils has been built on the site of a former Ministry of Defence cavalry exercise ground – in just nine weeks from site set-up to occupation.
